    OVERVIEW

    QYOU is looking for an LA-based Account Manager to join our growing Account Management and Planning team. At The QYOU we harness the power of influencers and their communities for world-class influencer marketing / social media campaigns for leading brands.

    This position has a dual role of being the Coordinator for the department and leading a few smaller accounts. This would be a great step up for someone who’s currently in a Coordinator position looking for the next challenge. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in managing large, complex campaigns in multiple industries: entertainment, gaming, retail/fashion, QSR, technology, and consumer packaged goods. Candidates for this position are highly motivated, detail-orientated, organized, eager to learn, and team players with strong client and social media skills.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • General Account Coordinator

      • Responsible for assisting in the execution and management of campaigns with influencers

      • Keep track of Influencer posts to ensure all deliverables are completed, including gathering added value posts for creators.

      • Set-up processes and manage ongoing work with internal and external teams to ensure timely deliverable of deadlines

      • Support the team with creating SOWs that align with a campaign/budget/deliverables

      • Update the Profit Margins Tracker, Campaign Expense Repository, and Widget List accordingly

      • On-demand internal and external meeting coordination and manage daily to do list for the department

      • Working with Finance team for month end reconciliation and proper billing/invoicing 

    • Reporting

      • Daily reporting pulls from social media platforms for Social Scout during live campaigns.

      • Scheduled reporting pulls for live campaigns.

      • Adhoc reporting pulls for internal and external stakeholders.

      • Monthly media spend reporting.

      • Campaign creation in Social Scout.

      • Profit margin monitoring and data entry.

      • Wrap report build and data entry.

      • Gathering social media metrics from creators.

    • Account Management

      • Responsible for pre-sale planning and post-sale execution including media planning, pricing and contract negotiation and execution (Attention to detail is essential!)

      • Collaborating with internal teams on RFP responses and deliverables

      • Work closely with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure successful campaign execution

      • Lead weekly client syncs and other internal meetings

      • Analyzing campaigns and communicating with agency and client teams to optimize performance

      • Track, report and analyze campaigns and report key insights on a weekly basis

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

    • Minimum 1-2 year experience as an account coordinator required; account management experience is preferred

    • Has knowledge/ understanding of Influencer Marketing landscape, including content trends, workflow, top creators in the space, and pop culture

    • Strong knowledge of social media platforms especially TikTok 

    • Outstanding communication skills, problem solving, very detail oriented and strong analytical skills

    • Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

    OVERVIEW

    QYOU is looking for an LA-based Senior Manager, Creative Strategy to join our growing, award-winning Influencer Marketing team. At The QYOU we harness the power of creators and their communities for world-class influencer marketing / social media campaigns for leading brands and clients such as Paramount, HULU, Disney, OUAI, Ubisoft, CAPCOM, Warner Bros, Sony, and many more.

    As Senior Manager, Creative Strategy, you will be responsible for guiding creative strategy for campaigns from RFP to go-live dates. In this role, you will lead a small team of creatives in ideating and curating formats for proposal decks, developing creative outlines with creators, guiding brand channel voice/strategy, and following through with editorial to ensure campaign KPIs and creative best practices are met or exceeded. You will work closely with internal Integrated Marketing and Studios teams (including Talent, Production, Operations, etc) during both pre and post sale of a campaign, and report to the VP of QYOU Studios.

    The right candidate will be a highly creative mind with experience developing and pitching ideas, big and small, across different verticals. As a leader, the right person will add an equal balance of creativity, organization and motivation to the team. Ideal candidates also have direct experience in the social media/short form space and a passion for content creation. Candidates for this position are highly motivated, adaptable, self-assured team players with strong communication skills and willingness to learn. Hands-on production skills are a huge plus.

    This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role requiring attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and ongoing projects within various stages of campaign execution.

    *Please note that we are currently working remote but have occasional in-person content shoots. LA area location is preferred for on-site production and time zone alignment.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Tracking and communicating content requirements to internal parties for influencer marketing campaigns and associated brand channels.

    • Lead a team of creatives, delegating tasks and developing a positive creative environment.

    • Tracking content throughout the entire creative process to ensure it meets the highest standards and adheres to best practices.

    • Help draft talent instructions for creators, assist with mock videos.

    • Contribute to on-location shoots with talent where necessary.

    • Program and schedule brand channel content for social platforms, ensure copy is written and internal posting deadlines are met.

    • Stay current on ongoing changes of major social platforms (e.g., posting specs, best practices) and their potential impact on creative deliverables.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

    • Minimum 1-3 years of experience. Must be a quick learner and not be afraid to ask questions or for help

    • Interest in entertainment (film, tv, gaming) and basic industry knowledge.

    • Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently.

    • Hands-on production or live event coordination experience is a major plus.

    • Basic knowledge of content creation and development processes and/or social media marketing on social platforms, especially TikTok.

    • Basic knowledge of graphic and video editing is a major plus.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Business Development Director will play a crucial role in driving the revenue growth of QYOU USA Inc. by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Client Acquisition:

    • Bring existing direct brand relationships to QYOU while identifying and targeting new potential clients across various industries.

    • Develop and execute strategies to attract new business opportunities.

    • Stay abreast of client needs and industry trends.

    Relationship Building:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and marketing needs.

    • Speak at and attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, account management, social, influencer, studio) to develop compelling proposals and pitches.

    Negotiation and Closing:

    Pipeline Management:

    Client Insights:

    • Collect insights into clients’ organizational structures, marketing strategies, and target demographics.

    Account Reviews:

    • Spearhead quarterly account reviews with clients.

    • Work closely with account management teams and marketing to meet client objectives and exceed client expectations.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring consistent growth and profitability.

    • Develop, lead, foster, and grow existing relationships and deals from start to finish.

    • Qualify and develop leads that meet organizational standards and requirements to close by connecting deeply with many stakeholders at matrixed organizations.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the advertising, media buying, social media, influencer marketing, or creative services industry.

    • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing new clients.

    • Strong understanding of advertising, social media, influencer marketing, content creation, creative development, and media buying processes, tools, and trends.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
