QYOU teamed up with Capcom to bring the Resident Evil franchise to TikTok, spotlighting the 9’6” vampire Lady Dimitrescu, the most iconic character from Resident Evil Village. The launch led to one of Capcom’s biggest game launches of all time, selling more than 8 million copies.

Bring the Resident Evil franchise to TikTok for the first time, driving engagement, buzz and positive social sentiment with fans of the franchise in an effort to introduce the Resident Evil Village video game to core gaming and broader lifestyle audiences.
CREATIVE SOLUTION
We used Lady D's huge popularity on social media by creating a TikTok trend featuring her in funny Duets. Top Creators reacted to meeting Lady D for the first time, making her and the brand the center of attention, leading to fans going crazy with hilarious comments while creating their version of reacting to Lady D. We also jumped on popular TikTok trends, using footage, clips, and memorable moments from the game to grow and build a custom TikTok Resident Evil channel from 0 to 500K subs in only 4 months.
